Ellington, Montgomery Bureau The House sponsor of a bill that would set up a constitutional amendment vote on electronic bingo said two arguments against the bill misinterpret the Legislature’s role in setting up rules. Rep. Marcel Black, D-Tuscumbia, said the next Legislature, not the current one, would be the ones voting in a special session on gambling rules.
